1. Information We Collect
When registering and using VeroSet for Business, we collect: company name, representative's full name, email, billing information (processed via payment gateways; we do not store card numbers), transaction history, and API key usage logs.
2. How We Use This Information
Information is used to: manage the account, process payments, provide technical support, detect fraud, and reach out about Data Packages relevant to Partner's needs.
3. Sharing with Third Parties
Billing information is shared with payment gateways (Stripe, VNPay, Momo, PayPal) to process transactions. We do not sell Partner account information to other third parties.
4. Security
We apply reasonable technical measures to protect Partner account information, including encryption of passwords and API keys.
5. Retention and Account Deletion
Account information is retained for as long as Partner uses the service and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. Partner may request to close its account at any time.
6. Partner Rights
Partner has the right to access and edit its company information, and to request account deletion (this does not affect licenses for Data validly purchased prior to deletion).

This Policy may be updated from time to time; the latest version is always posted on this page.
